Reentry Support Service
To provide basic instruction to assist offenders in gaining life and social
skills, that is needed to transform from offenders from prison life to community integration. Counselors are assigned
to spend approximately 2 hours weekly mentoring and assisting offenders in developing a life plan that is specific in identifying
individual needs. Counselors assist with identifying vocational and employment assistance. Counselors help offenders
to address any substance abuse and mental health related issues. The goal is to help offenders to establish a meaningful
and supportive role in the community.
